Chatoner AI Academy · Practical workspaces

Turn learning into something you can build, test, and prove.

Hands-on AI practice that turns learning into reviewable capability. Eligible Academy learners use guided workspaces to practise, complete assessed work, build projects, submit evidence, and receive human feedback.

Practical learning

Build in a workspace connected to the lesson.

Exercises, attempts, projects, submissions, evidence, and feedback remain tied to the learner’s permitted Academy context.

Chatoner AI Labs are Academy-owned practical workspaces where eligible learners practise with guided AI, data, automation, agent, code, app, and website environments; complete exercises and assessments; build real projects; submit evidence; and receive human feedback. Production access depends on verified Academy enrolment, programme, lesson, prerequisites, policy, and active entitlement.

Academy-owned practice

My Academy Labs shows only what the learner may use.

The public capability is Chatoner AI Labs. The authenticated learner area is My Academy Labs, where production access remains controlled by enrolment, programme, cohort, lesson, prerequisites, policy, and active entitlement.

Connected context

Programme- and lesson-aligned practice.

Approved lesson notes, instructions, exercises, attempts, time allowances, usage limits, submissions, results, and feedback stay connected to the correct learning context.

Least-privilege access

No universal unlock.

Demonstrations may show a broad catalogue, but production learners see only Labs permitted by verified eligibility and active entitlement.

Lab categories

Practise across AI, data, automation, agents, and code.

Each Lab is connected to an approved learning purpose, instructions, limits, evidence expectation, and human review route.

AI chat and context Labs

Practise prompting, context design, source use, verification, and responsible AI interaction.

Data and notebook Labs

Work with approved datasets, analysis, notebooks, evidence, and reviewable outputs.

Automation and workflow Labs

Build complete workflows with triggers, decisions, actions, approvals, monitoring, and recovery.

Agent-building Labs

Design bounded agents with approved tools, data, permissions, testing, escalation, and evidence.

Code, app, and website Labs

Build practical software and AI experiences with guided environments, tests, deployment practice, and project proof.

Assessment and capstone Labs

Complete exercises, assignments, practical tests, secure exams, capstones, projects, submissions, and human feedback.

Learner experience

Read, practise, submit, and improve in one governed path.

Approved learning notesView-only lesson and learning-session notes can be presented in an accessible reader with approved translations and read-aloud support.
Attempts and limitsAuto-save, attempts, time allowances, token or usage limits, and session timing follow the learner’s Academy policy.
Accessible participationMultilingual content, approved translations, accessibility support, and time-zone-aware sessions remain connected to the learning context.

Human review

Evidence becomes useful through feedback.

Authorized educators review the work, sources, limitations, integrity, and practical value before final academic decisions are made.

Assessment and evidence

Practice can progress into assessed, reviewable work.

Exercises and assignments

Guided practice, assignments, practical tests, and improvement attempts follow the lesson and defined criteria.

Secure assessment

Approved exams and proctored activities use appropriate identity, time, integrity, accessibility, escalation, evidence, and appeal controls.

Projects and proof

Capstones and real projects can retain versions, submissions, reviewer feedback, criteria, limitations, and proof-of-work evidence.

People and authority

Every Lab action has a responsible role.

Learner

Uses only entitled Labs, approved notes, attempts, time and usage allowances, submissions, results, and feedback.

Instructor & Assessor

Guides practice, reviews evidence, applies criteria, records feedback, and retains authority over grades.

Exam Proctor

Supervises approved assessment conditions, records permitted evidence, and escalates integrity concerns for human review.

Academy Administrator

Controls programmes, eligibility, entitlements, usage policy, roles, retention, appeals, and audit.

Human authority remains final. AI can support learning and organize evidence, but it cannot issue credentials, finalize grades, decide disciplinary outcomes, or determine safeguarding cases.

One-to-one practical help

Request, accept, pay, then schedule.

Where offered, a learner can request a paid practical session. An authorized instructor or mentor accepts the request, the commercial step is completed, and only then is the session scheduled in the approved learning context.

Connected learning

Class teaches live. Labs turns learning into practice and proof.

Chatoner Class

Live teaching, tutoring, participation, and assessment.

An entitled Academy session can carry approved lesson and learner context into Class. Independent Class use does not expose Academy-only records.

Ownership and controls

Labs stays inside Academy governance.

Chatoner AI Academy owns

Programmes, cohorts, curricula, enrolments, learner billing, progress, project evidence, human review, credentials, Lab eligibility, entitlements, attempts, results, and academic context.

Chatoner Class owns

The native classroom runtime, admission, classroom roles, participation, approved live media, classroom activities, attendance capture, recording controls, and live safeguarding workflow.

People retain authority

AI may assist learning and organize evidence, but it does not issue credentials, finalize grades, decide discipline, or determine safeguarding outcomes.

Integrity, privacy, and safeguarding Lab access, approved notes, assessment evidence, retention, restricted cases, audit, cost controls, and appeals follow Academy policy and role-based authorization.

Chatoner AI Labs FAQ

Answers before entering a practical workspace.

What are Chatoner AI Labs?

Chatoner AI Labs are Academy-owned practical workspaces where eligible learners practise with guided AI, data, automation, agent, code, app, and website environments; complete assessed work; submit evidence; and receive human feedback.

Who can access Chatoner AI Labs?

Access requires an active Chatoner AI Academy enrolment and the correct programme, cohort, lesson, prerequisites, policy, and entitlement. Production learners see only the Labs they are permitted to use.

Why is the learner area called My Academy Labs?

My Academy Labs is the authenticated learner area within Chatoner AI Academy. The name makes clear that Labs belong to the learner’s entitled Academy journey rather than forming a separate Chatoner platform.

How do Chatoner Class and Chatoner AI Labs work together?

An entitled Academy learner can learn live in Chatoner Class, then move into the permitted Lab for guided practice, assessed work, project evidence, and human feedback. Class access alone does not grant Lab access.

Are all Labs unlocked for every learner?

No. Demonstrations may show a broader catalogue, but production access remains controlled by verified enrolment, programme, cohort, lesson, prerequisites, usage policy, and active entitlement.

Who makes final grading, credential, integrity, and safeguarding decisions?

Authorized people do. AI may support learning and organize evidence, but instructors, assessors, proctors, Academy administrators, and safeguarding owners retain final authority according to their roles.

Choose an Academy programme before choosing a Lab.

My Academy Labs access follows verified enrolment and entitlement. A Class subscription does not unlock Labs.
